Recently, it has come to my attention that new staff do not understand what it means to be part of our team. VIBE-RP is a chill server with a calm and often rough community. However, Sniffle and I have discussed this issue and I have decided to make it more forward. (Issues. examples and fixes) Some staff seem to take there role as if it was given by the Gods, they respect it, treat it with care and serve with respect. But other staff seem to take this role for granted. They cuss and insult others members, they abuse and do not understand common human nature, so this is the reason for this thread. Issue; Abuse, (Noclipping in rp, Godmode, ect) Examples: You're being robbed and you fly home.               : You're being mugged and shot, so you turn on god. Fix: Respect your position and power, the role of part of our staff team is duty, serve and protect. Abusing your powers in roleplay is not tolerated, if any member of staff is caught doing so, a warning will be issued. A repeated offense is permanent demotion. Issue; Warnings (Not enough detail, being too harsh) Examples: Some one mugs without advert.               : Some one mass rdms. Fix: Warnings (/Warn) are only used to keep a record of a player. If a player mugs without an advert, instead of warning them, give them a verbal warning and explain what they did incorrectly. Warns are only serious offenses. However, is a player mass RDMs, warn them and ban them. However, putting "RDM" or "Mass RDM" as a reason is too vague, and potentially false. Please specify what happened e.g. a Terrorist accidently kills 7 innocent people without advert, instead of "Mass RDM" put down "Accidental Mass RDM during Terror attack" and verbally warn them to advert next time. Issue; Disrespect (Staff) Becoming staff is not a right. It can be revoked. T-Mod, Mod, Admin, superadmin and so on all have the same reason for staff ( other roles have extra dutys ). However, every single staff member must respect the community, calling some one whom just RDA'd you a "faggot" is not acceptable. You as a staff should be mature enough not to insult a member of the community. Just mute them and verbally warn them to stop and calm down. Thank you.

I find this very helpful for the admin team,  Firstly i wanna point out that your post was amazing!, thanks for taking your time on that. Secondly some "New Admins" take the "On Duty" job not seriously and do admin sits while being in a roleplay job!. What do i mean by that you ask?, Flying around enabling god mod etc, when they are at a roleplay job!. I think thats very abusive because people might think there are no admins on duty online or not even admins at all and would take that advantage and ruin the server. I think those admins should be warned!.

I did an Application , and its true. Some Staff say "I wanna help the server and the players" but only 5% does it. I want to be a staff who really helps not like those power hungry staff. They just want powers, and its true. I see a lot of AFK staff while people RDM and RDA, Break NLR.I will tell a name on steam , just message me.
